In order to successfully combat Middle-East terrorism, do you or do you not agree that Arab League must call off all American-led interventions for better sovereignty?

How impressive that the United States wants to help victimized people in the Middle-east as the result of proliferation of terorism! They played a big role in casting their region into its present chaos as history noted, so trying to repair some of the damage makes sense. But sending more American troops there will repair nothing. It will do the opposite: prolong the war, guarantee more human suffering, and serve the interests of the terrorists and other extremist enemies like what happened to Iraq and Afganistan in last decades.
I believe that Arab League must call off all American-led interventions for better sovereignty. If we hear the terms of American-led interventions, it often has any connotative meanings that lead to millitary aids, troops, air strikes bombing, and so on. I will not be attempting to defame any parties, but let me show you the findings to support my statement. Scholars Robert Pape and James Feldman analyzed all of the more than 2,100 documented cases of suicide bombings from 1980 to 2009 and concluded that most of the perpetrators were acting in response to U.S. intervention in the Middle East rather than out of a religious or ideological motivation. In their book “Cutting the Fuse,” the authors note that the largest strikes in Western nations after 9/11, the Madrid and London bombings, were “specifically inspired by the invasion of Iraq.” They examine various reasons for these jihadists to become engaged, but battling a foreign (Western) intervention is often high on the list. They point out that when the United States get deeply involved there, it would surely excite and attract even more foreign fighters, who could feel that they could fight the great crusader superpower regime.

So what is needed to take down terrorism? The answers lie within the very basic roots of terrorism. Consider the quotation as follow:
"Terrorism is like a tree. You keep cutting its branches, but it will continue to grow, but if you want to eradicate it completely, you have to see the roots of the tree" (Dustin, 2014).
This is applied for universality. We cannot directly judge that terrorism always emerges from Middle-east countries or from certain religion because terrorism poses a direct threat to all countries and all people, regardless of their ethnic background, religion or belief. Fareed Zakaria argues that most of the terrorists are either unemployed or uneducated. The terrorist organizations either greed them with money or they brainwash them completely. Killing the terrorist won’t end terrorism; it will only help ignite it even more. As Dustin V states:
“You can kill a person, but it will take ages to kill an Ideology.”
Over trillions of dollars are spent against the fight of terrorism. We firstly have to understand the motives of terrorism organisation itself. As Zakaria puts forward, the major reasons for people becoming terrorists are the lack of education, unemployment, social injustice and social inequality. Therefore, steps should be taken to provide adequate education and gainful employment to all without discriminating against them in any field. If proper education is given to the backward people than no one can make fool them and they will be able to take their decision regarding their life advantage. A very interesting case happened in India, where a NGO (Non-Governmental Organization)  decided to provide education to children in a terror hit district. Surprisingly many terrorists surrendered after they saw that their children were getting good education. The second factor is ‘Employment’. I believe that unemployment contributes in causing many of youths to turn to terrorism. Providing adequate work fields for jobless people will reduce  the involvement of those people into terrorism organisations.
I am not guaranteeing that these things will root out terrorism next day, but it will certainly help to reduce the two common factors which lead a person to choose the path of terror by the attemps of enlightening people with good beliefs, thoughts and education. Thus it is important that the co-operation among Arab League should promote, protect and uphold all human rights for all rather than jump it into war. Arab league which consists of 22 countries that I believe they have much greater power in solving problem regarding terrorism should be optimistic to fight any kinds of terrorism activities without any intervention. I am not saying that the American-led intervention has no any beneficial at all, but what I am advocating is that we should also see the other face of the coin.
Thus when the topic rises:  in order to successfully combat Middle-East terrorism, should Arab League call off all American-led interventions for better sovereignty? I should say yes for I believe that the power of word and peace are much greater than using weapons and countering terrorism is no excuse for violating human rights.
